Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information provided through the Enterprise GenAI Adoption Benchmark website and survey. We collect limited business contact information, such as name, work email address, organisation name, and role information, so that we can administer participation, manage accounts, prevent duplicate submissions, and provide benchmark reporting. We also collect survey responses relating primarily to organisation-level AI adoption, governance, data readiness, security and risk controls, operating model, tooling, delivery capability, and outcomes. Although the survey is designed to capture organisation-level information, respondents should avoid including personal data in free text responses unless necessary. We may collect limited technical and usage information, including timestamps, browser and device metadata, IP address, page activity, and basic security logs. We use this information for service operation, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and product improvement. We use personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so. Depending on the context, these bases may include legitimate interests, contract, legal obligation, and consent where appropriate. Survey responses are used to generate comparative benchmark outputs, research summaries, and longitudinal analysis. All data is anonymised prior to reporting. We do not publish named organisations or named individuals without explicit permission. We may use trusted service providers to host the platform, support authentication, send emails, monitor performance, and operate core infrastructure. These providers process data only on our behalf and subject to appropriate controls. We retain direct identifiers only for as long as needed to administer participation, operate the service, and maintain research continuity. Pseudonymised survey response data may be retained for longer where needed for longitudinal benchmark analysis, subject to safeguards and access controls. We apply organisational and technical safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. No system is entirely risk-free, but we seek to minimise data collection and limit exposure. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability in relation to your personal data. To make a request, please contact privacy@thebenchmark.site. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
