We also collect survey responses relating primarily to organisation-level AI adoption, governance, data readiness, security and risk controls, operating model, tooling, delivery capability, and outcomes. Although the survey is designed to capture organisation-level information, respondents should avoid including personal data in free text responses unless necessary.
