These Terms of Participation apply to use of the Enterprise GenAI Adoption Benchmark survey, associated account access, and benchmark reporting.
By participating, you confirm that you are authorised to provide responses on behalf of your organisation or from your professional perspective, and that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
The survey and reports are intended for benchmarking, research, and informational purposes. They are designed to provide comparative insight into organisational AI adoption and related operating practices. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, investment, accounting, or professional advice.
Participants may receive access to benchmark outputs or reports derived from their responses and peer cohort data. Benchmark outputs are comparative and directional in nature, and their reliability depends on response coverage, cohort composition, and available evidence.
You should not include confidential personal data, special category personal data, or information you are not entitled to disclose. Where free text responses are enabled, please avoid naming individuals or including unnecessary personal information.
We may review, standardise, suppress, aggregate, or exclude responses where necessary to preserve data quality, protect confidentiality, prevent duplication, or maintain reporting integrity.
Participation does not guarantee inclusion in any published benchmark, peer set, research note, or comparative output. We may withhold or limit benchmark reporting where peer density, data quality, or confidentiality safeguards make reporting inappropriate.
We may suspend, limit, or remove access to the service where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, unauthorised access, data manipulation, security risk, or breach of these terms.
We may update the survey, methodology, scoring framework, reporting thresholds, and presentation over time. Where possible, previously submitted compatible responses may be carried forward into later survey versions, but new or changed questions may require additional responses.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the survey or submit responses.
